  3. Take a grinder jar. and grind the moong daal in grinder. make fine powder. after that takeout in a bowl. In bowl add salt,sugar, garam masala, jeera powder, red chilli powder. mix it well. filling is ready.
  4. Now make a small poori with Dough. And fill with filling. give a kachori shape. make all kachori like this.
  5. Heat oil in deep pan. and fry it on medium flame. until golden colour. ready to serve crispy kachori.😋😊
