  2. Then take a Pan. Put 1tsp of oil. add peanut's.roast peanut until golden colour to crispy. let it cool completely.
  3. Now take another pan. add oil. when it hot. then add mustard, curry leaves, ginger, green chillies.saute for 1min. now add onion. Cook it 2min. Now add turmuric Powder.then add soaked poha. mix it well.now add salt, coriander leaves. mix everything well. peanut poha is ready to serve.
