Hello everybody, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, stuffed mango kulfi. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

You can try the same recipe with Papaya if mango is not available. In India, when Alphonso Mangoes are in season, some of the vendors make Kulfi Stuffed. Here is our version of Kulfi stuffed mango, a unique & delicious recipe to make good use of the mangoes when they are still in season. And I had to make a mango dessert but this time I thought of going traditional.

Stuffed mango kulfi is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Stuffed mango kulfi is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook stuffed mango kulfi using 7 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Stuffed mango kulfi:
  1. Prepare 2 mangoes
  2. Take 1 ltr full fat milk
  3. Take Sugar
  4. Prepare As required pistachio
  5. Take As required almond
  6. Prepare As required cashews
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp rice flour or corn starch

Mix sugar, grated mawa, bay leaf & stir constantly. Place the mango on a glass or a bowl on which it can stand. Scoop of the seed from the mango( you can use a tongs to remove the seed) and fill the kulfi mixture into the mango. The summers have started and all you want to have is something icy and cold.

Instructions to make Stuffed mango kulfi:
  1. Take one pan and boil full fat milk. Boiled it continually till it become thicker.. and add 1/2 tsp of rice flour.
  2. And than add sugar, once again stire the milk… And than add the cut pistachio, cut almonds and cut cashews.. stir till it become thicker.. rabdi is ready.. you can see this in below image.
  3. And other side take two mango 🥭 and remove the seed with the help of knife without cutting and peeling.. cut the mangoes as shown in below image.and put it in to the glass or bowl.
  4. Now place the mangoes in bowl and than filling the rabdi into the cut mangoes. And cover mangoes.And freezes 🥶 it about overnight or 8 hours.
  5. After 8 hour remove the mango from freezer.. and peel the skin of mangoes. Cut the mango into slice and sprinkle the some almonds and pistachios.

Scoop of the seed from the mango( you can use a tongs to remove the seed) and fill the kulfi mixture into the mango. The summers have started and all you want to have is something icy and cold.
