  2. Give rest to dough for sometime. Now take little oil and work on the dough for 1-2 mins. Take little portion of dough. And using rolling pin roll it to chappathi. Nor thick or thin. Using cutter cut it round puri. And using fork, prick the puri.
  3. Now keep the Puris to dry for sometime. Spread it in plate/ newspaper. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, drop the Puris, and fry in low flame till its crispy, and slightly color changed. Likewise repeat the above steps and complete the frying in batches.
  4. Farsi puri is ready to serve. Once cooled store it in air tight container.
