  9. Add the already beaten egg whites to the mixture and mix moderately.Add raisins if you wish.Avoid over mixing.
  10. Put the mixture in the baking tin and try to remove air bubbles by hitting the tin in flat table surface.or use a knife to try remove the air spaces.
  11. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C and 180°C for 10 minutes.Total of 50 minutes.
  12. After 50 minutes check if the cake is ready by inserting a toothpick.If it comes out dirty return it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  13. After let the cake cool for 10 minutes the cover with cling film to prevent hard areas to form.
  14. After 1 hour,Serve to it.You can seive a table spoon of icing sugar on top of the cake to add flavour.
