  1. Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add green chilli and curry leaves. Then add onion.
  2. Fry it till it becomes brown. Then add all the powder spices and a spoon water to it. Then add tomatoes and salt. Fry it properly. Make a thick gravy. Then add chopped idli and give a good mix.
  3. Then again add 2 spoon water. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and cover the lid for 5 mins.
  4. It's done now. Serve hot.
