  1. Making dough.: Take wheat flour. Add salt and oil. Mix it properly. And by adding little little water knead it to make a soft dough.
  2. Making stuffing: In a woke heat oil. Add green chillies, Ginger,garlic, cumin seeds and fry for 2 miniutes. Now add greanpaeas and salt mix it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes by stirring in between. The green peas should be become soften.
  3. Let it cool completely. After cooling make a fine paste of it by grinding it in a grinder. Mash the boil potatoes and mix it with greenpeas paste. Adjust the spice and salt accordingly. Stuffing is ready.
  4. Now take a small portion of dough put the stuffing in the dough and cover it and make it ballshapes. Roll it on rolling board slowly and cook on tawa from both side.
  5. Apply ghee on both sides of paratha while cooking.
