Steps to make Smokey pulav:
  1. First wash rice properly and add them in boililing water. When it cooked take them out, drain water and add cool water over the rice.

  6. Rayta: for rayta take curd add grren chhili,onion and coriander,salt,black salt and jeera pawder and mix them well.
  7. Serve hot smoky pulav with rayta.!!!
