  6. Now make a hollow space in the bharta and put the burnt coal and pure ghee or butter on it and immediately put an air tight cover so dat the Smokey flavor should incorporate in the bharta
  7. After half an hour open the pot or pan and remove the coal.Now mix the bharta continuously for 5 min and your smokey flavoured crunchy baingan bharta is ready
