- BRING it to boil then add soaked and drained rice and boil it till all the water soaked then simmer the heat for 15-20 minutes then switch off the flame.

- Now for assembling -Take a large vessel make a layer of rice then a layer of mutton gravy sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and fried onion again make a layer and a layer of all the gravy and sprinkle some chopped coriander and fried onion, at last, make a layer of all the rice sprinkle chopped coriander and fried onion and tomato.
- At the top place the eggs and in kewra water add food colour and pour it on the top.
