  11. Get 1 teaspoon Mirin
  12. Get 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  13. Prepare 100 g Shiitake, Shimeji & Enoki *OR add as much as you like
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon Potato Starch *mixed with 2 teaspoons Water
